  • STEP 01

    Choosing a dog is a significant decision, and it’s important to make an informed choice to ensure a happy and lasting relationship with your furry friend. Research the preferred personalities and characteristics of the breed of dog you want. Each puppy has different characteristics and different personalities. The appearance may be the primary factors when choosing a dog, but it is more important to research and consider the dog’s shedding, size, and personality before making your choice.

  • STEP 02

    Check if the puppy you want is on my website or Instagram. Please reach out to me directly through via DM or Whatsapp to inquire about the availability of the dog you’re interested in. Please feel free to send us the details of your preferences, and pictures of the dog you want on my website or Instagram. If you’re looking for a specific puppy that is not currently listed on the website or Instagram, please contact me right away. Not all puppies are immediately uploaded on the website or Instagram. If there is a dog that’s not currently in our store, please let us know the breed, gender, and type of dog you want. We will assist you in finding the right dog for you within 7 business days.

  • STEP 03

    We will try our best to provide detailed consultation. My shop will provide a service using video call (FaceTime) to show the puppy and assess its condition and living environment remotely. If you would like to purchase a puppy, please make a down payment of 50% of the total amount. Payment options include paypal, western union, which ensures that you use secure payment methods.

  • STEP 04

    Once payment is confirmed by the sales team, the puppy will be reserved in the buyer's name. After reservation is completed, the puppy is well taken care of by staff and undergoing veterinary procedures and administrative procedures for ticketing at the animal hospital.

  • STEP 05

    Pay the deposit and proceed with the remaining balance once your dog's flight reservation is confirmed. If the remaining balance is not fully paid, the dog will be given to another customer and the deposit will not be refundable. However, if a health problem occurs during the reservation period, all amounts paid by the buyer will be 100% refunded.

  • STEP 06

    When payment process has been completed, we will arrange the delivery date. Delivery dates vary depending on the puppies, but it usually takes about 4-7 weeks after reservation. This will initially be an estimate. As the delivery date gets closer, we will provide you with an exact delivery date.

  • STEP 07

    If the customer cannot be contacted or there is no response for more than one week after all payments have been completed, the contract will be cancelled and the deposit may not be refunded.

  • STEP 08

    If you trust us with patience, you will soon meet your lovely puppy!

  • Notice

    ◆ After paying the deposit, please send us your correct name, contact information, and address. This is for issuing a contract.

    ◆ We promise to share and show the entire puppy health checkup process to our customers.

    ◆ Minors cannot purchase a puppy.

    ◆ A puppy is a member of your family who will be with you for perhaps 20 years or more. Please think carefully before making your reservation.

    ◆ If you make a deposit and wish to cancel later, the deposit is non-refundable.
