jihoon teacup puppy provides health guarantee as follows.

7-day guarantee from pickup date

  • 🔹 jihoon Teacup Puppy covers up to $300.00 for treatable conditions /disease caused by stress or environmental changes caused by a delivered puppy from a long flight. (If the delivered puppy needs fluid treatment at a veterinary hospital due to hypoglycemia or dehydration due to diarrhea, vomiting, and loss of appetite)

  • 🔹 We are only responsible for treatment. We are not responsible for examination costs (medical fees, x-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, blood tests) and other costs.

  • 🔹 This warranty does not apply to illness, injury or death resulting from Buyer’s negligence.(Low blood sugar or overeating due to inadequate feeding, such as delayed airport pick-up, falls, lack of food, stress, etc.)

  • 🔹 To prevent low blood sugar/low sugar content, please feed again within 9 hours after feeding.

  • 🔹 Medical certificate written by a veterinarian(medical record)

  • 🔹 When making a claim within 72 hours of the initial diagnosis, a veterinarian's certificate confirming that there was no fault on the part of the purchaser must be attached.

  • 🔹 An original photo of your dog must be included.

1 year warranty from pickup date

  • 🔸 Puppies sold by jihoon Teacup Puppy may die due to life-threatening congenital defects (not applicable to genetic defects), an incurable condition such as heart disease (patent ductus arteriosus), or organ dysfunction. If you can.

  • 🔸 To prove this, you must send me a copy of the medical certificate containing the details of the veterinarian's examination and the veterinarian's license number that confirms the disease was caused by a clear congenital defect rather than the owner's negligence, along with an original photo of the dog being examined.

  • 🔸 Congenital or acquired patellar dislocation and LCPD (Legg-Kalb-Peres disease) are not covered. (In order to create a safe environment on the floor to avoid strain on your dog's joints, please install a non-slip mat on the floor and steps on the sofa)

  • 🔸 It does not cover treatable disorders such as hernia, cryptorchidism, patent fontanel, or skin disease. (Flea, lice, and ticks can occur depending on walking or the environment, so please frontline or advocate to your dog regularly)

  • 🔸 Please feed your dog appropriately to prevent hypoglycemia/hypoglycemia.

  • 🔸 All claims for one-year health coverage must be made within 72 hours of initial diagnosis.

  • 🔸 This warranty does not cover any monetary compensation, including refunds.

  • 🔸 We will replace your puppy with a puppy of similar value.

We do not guarantee natural change s such as eye color, fur color, or adult size.

  • 🔸 Additionally, we do not guarantee if the dog's weight or weight changes, or if there is a malocclusion or training disorder,and the dog's personality, behavior, and habits may be different because it is his or her life.

  • 🔸 All documentation received will be forwarded to our veterinary team for review.

  • 🔸 We reserve the right to request additional documentation if necessary.

  • 🔸 Our health coverage is not transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser who transacted with us.

As you have trusted and chosen our company, we will take responsibility in the process of sending your dog for adoption abroad and check more carefully than any other company to prevent the congenital health problems mentioned above from occurring in the future. If a problem occurs in the future, we will do our best to prevent it. We will cooperate from the customer's perspective.
